By using ta99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you are not permitted to use ta99.

To register an account with ta99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended at any time, and all balances will be forfeited.

• Each individual may hold only one ta99 account.
• To update your account details (name, mobile number, date of birth), please contact support.
• Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Do not share your password with anyone.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory — you will need to provide your National ID or passport details.
• Ta99 may request additional verification documents at any time.

Deposits on ta99 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed — you must send funds from your own mobile banking or bank account.
• If your deposit hasn't arrived, contact support with your payment reference number.
• Deposits via cryptocurrency or foreign cards are not supported.
• Ta99 reserves the right to refund deposits under specific circumstances, particularly in cases of suspicious transactions.

Winnings at ta99 can generally be withdrawn within 5–15 minutes. Certain conditions apply and must be met.

• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• If KYC is not completed, large withdrawal requests may be subject to a verification process.

• In special circumstances, ta99 may take additional time to verify a withdrawal and may request supporting documents.
• Ta99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

Before placing any bet on ta99, make sure you fully understand the rules for that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳20.
• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the match or event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed during live betting, ta99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The cash-out feature may not be available on all bets.
• The potential winnings shown on the bet slip are not final and may change in the event of a cash-out or special circumstances.

In an accumulator bet, if one match is cancelled, the remaining bets continue and only that match's odds are removed. For in-play betting, if a connection is lost but the bet has already been recorded on the server, it remains valid.

All bonus offers on ta99 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the Bonus section.
• Bonus funds that reach their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• It is advisable not to have more than one bonus active at a time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ta99. Any involvement in such activities will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using bonuses solely for withdrawal purposes or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets automatically using any software or script.
• Money Laundering: Using ta99 for the purpose of money laundering.
• Third-Party Transactions: Depositing or withdrawing into your own account on behalf of another person.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in influencing the outcome of any event.

Ta99 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• If age or identity is found to be falsified during KYC verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Inactive account (no activity for 12 months).

When an account is closed, the member will be notified by email or SMS. If the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If the closure is requested by the member, the balance will be returned after verification.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee may be applied after 12 months, but members will be notified in advance.

Ta99 takes the privacy of its members seriously. All information you provide is secured with AES-256 encryption.

• Members' personal data will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• Ta99 uses cookies and analytics to improve the user experience.
• Members may request deletion of their personal data at any time — however, KYC information may need to be retained for legal compliance purposes.

Ta99 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, there are certain circumstances in which ta99's liability is limited.

• Ta99 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet disconnection.
• Ta99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Ta99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a member sharing their account credentials with others.
• Ta99 is not liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or power outages.

Betting inherently carries financial risk. ta99 is not obligated to compensate for any monetary losses incurred through betting. Always bet within your budget.

If you have a dispute, contact ta99's support team first. Most issues can be resolved directly through discussion.

• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, the official match result is final.
• For payment disputes, the transaction reference number and screenshots must be provided.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through support, a formal complaint can be submitted to ta99's complaints department.
• Ta99's decisions are final; however, the right to pursue legal action in accordance with Bangladeshi law remains reserved.
